1. Agreement
By using Textile Signals (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of service
Textile Signals provides a subscription dashboard for materials intelligence — data on product composition, trends, and supply chain information derived from publicly available brand disclosures. We provide the data and tools; you are responsible for how you use the information.
3. Account and payment
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service: no reselling or redistributing the raw data beyond internal use; no scraping or automated bulk extraction beyond permitted API usage; no unlawful or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and aggregated insights, is owned by TextileSignals. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service. You retain rights to any analysis or outputs you create using the data for your own purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We derive data from public sources and strive for accuracy but do not warrant that the data is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
